Basement Swim Spa Installation

Putting a swim spa in a basement means getting a large, heavy unit down into a finished space and then building the access around it. This install included custom stairs and railing designed for the finished elevation of the spa.

Below-grade installs also demand attention to drainage, ventilation, and electrical service, all of which were addressed as part of the build.
