Most of Lee’s work has been on terraces for us and overall the work has been great. I personally do have an endless pool that Lee installed for me last year on the roof of a 6 story building. From that regard, I think he has a lot of experience with these pools and I am very happy with the work he did. He installed the entire pool with heater, jets, lights and automated retractable cover. I also had him finish the decking around the pool as well which was part of the GC’s scope who had been running behind.
I am an Endless Pool owner also. I recently moved to PA, and arranged for [other company] to un-install, store, and then re-install my pool. Turned out to be the worst mistake I could have made - trusting [other company]. I finally FIRED him and demanded a qualified pool installer. EPI connected me with Lee Jackson. Lee knew what the problem was immediately. I decided that what I really wanted was an enclosed pool area, so we are building a 4 Seasons Room to include the pool. We are scheduled to install the pool after Memorial Day, due to delays in ordering parts. Lee is also building a 4 car garage w/bathroom for me. I highly recommend Lee!! He will get the job done, small or large, and it will be done professionally. He is easy to work with, and I believe his pricing is reasonable. He also has a great crew of workers. Lee appears to be the go-to person for fixing problems with Endless Pools.
